The Mitchell Katz Brick Clique Wine Club provides an innovative approach to joining a wine community.

Your one-time membership fee of $25.00 earns you the following benefits:

1. A one-time gift of a total of two of any of the following items: logo T shirt, or logo glass.

2. Discount on any wine purchases at our tasting room:

1 - 11 bottles 10% off*
12 - 23 bottles 15% off*
24 - 36 bottles 25% off *

* All discounts are based on single bottle prices as listed on Mitchell Katz tasting room price list as of date of purchase
* Not to be in conjunction with any other discount available.

3. 15% discount on retail specialty items, ie. shirts, hats, etc.

4. Facility rental fee discount of 25% (Mitchell Katz tasting room only)

5. Invitations to Brick Clique Only events

What your responsibilities are as a Brick Clique Member:

1. Pay a one-time membership fee

2. Agree to receive wine purchases of 2 bottles four times per year of Mitchell Katz wine.
Purchases will occur on or about March 1, June 1, Sept. 1, and Dec. 1 of each year. Mitchell Katz Winery in its sole discretion shall select which wines are to be received by club members.

3. Notify us of any change in your address or credit card information as listed and notify Mitchell Katz Winery in writing if you choose to cancel your membership at any time.

4. I understand that I can cancel my membership, provided notice is received in writing at least 30 days prior to a scheduled shipment. ALL CANCELLATIONS MUST BE IN WRITING

I authorize Mitchell Katz Winery to charge the above card for my wine club shipment/pick up plus applicable sales tax, and if chosen shipping, the shipping and handling charges.

All wine is sold in California and title passes to you, the buyer, in California. We make no representation as to the legal rights of anyone to ship or import wine into any state outside California. The buyer is solely responsible for shipment of wines. By placing an order you authorize us to act on your behalf to engage a common carrier to deliver your order to you. WINES MAY BE SOLD ONLY TO PERSONS WHO ARE AT LEAST 21 YEARS OLD. In placing your order, you represent to us that you are at least 21 years old. When your wines are delivered, you will be required to present ID proving you are 21.
