The Vineyard Lawn

Panoramic Views and Open-Sky Celebration Space

Our largest outdoor venue, the Vineyard Lawn is surrounded by rows of grapevines and framed by rolling Livermore hills. With golden light in the late afternoon and wide-open skies for evening dancing, this space is ideal for couples looking to host their ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception all in one breathtaking setting. It accommodates flexible layouts for seated dinners, lounge setups, lawn games, and live entertainment. Perfect for weddings with up to 85 guests.

The Barrel Room

Moody, Romantic, and Perfect for Intimate Gatherings

Tucked within our production space, the Barrel Room is lined with aging oak barrels and softly lit for a warm, romantic ambiance. It’s perfect for candlelit dinners, elopements, or post-wedding brunches. This space is especially popular in cooler months or for couples who want a dramatic, wine-centric backdrop with a touch of old-world charm. Capacity is best suited for 100-200 guests.

The Tasting Room

Rustic Indoors with a Warm, Welcoming Vibe

Filled with natural wood accents and soft lighting, our indoor Tasting Room is perfect for couples seeking a cozy yet polished space. The room is designed for comfort and conversation—ideal for smaller wedding receptions, wine-paired rehearsal dinners, or post-ceremony celebrations that feel more like a family gathering. With capacity for 30–35 guests, it’s perfect for intimate events that still feel special and spacious.

The Tasting Patio

Covered Outdoor Comfort with Vineyard Views

Just steps from the vines and shaded for year-round use, the Tasting Patio offers a relaxed setting for welcome receptions, rehearsal dinners, or casual mingling during your big day. With bistro lighting overhead and wine country breezes all around, it’s a perfect transitional space—ideal for cocktail hours or smaller events that flow effortlessly between indoors and out. Seating can be arranged for up to 60 guests with additional standing room.

Our venue offers various spaces to accommodate different guest counts:

  • Vineyard Lawn: Up to 85 guests

We can assist in selecting the perfect space based on your guest list and event style.

Yes, we welcome outside caterers. We can also provide recommendations for local caterers familiar with our venue to ensure seamless service.

All wine must be purchased through Mitchell Katz Winery. For other alcoholic beverages, please discuss options with our events team.

We offer indoor spaces such as the Barrel Room and Tasting Room as alternatives in case of unfavorable weather conditions. Our team will work with you to seamlessly transition your event indoors if necessary.

 

Access to the venue typically begins at 10:00 AM on the day of your event. This allows ample time for setup, vendor arrivals, and any pre-ceremony preparations.

 

Yes, our facilities are designed to be accessible for all guests, including those using wheelchairs. We have ramps and accessible restrooms to ensure comfort and convenience for everyone.

Yes, our events team offers day-of coordination support to ensure every detail is executed flawlessly, allowing you to enjoy your special day.

 

Yes, to comply with local regulations, all amplified music must conclude by 10:00 PM.

We have a curated list of trusted vendors who are familiar with our venue and have consistently provided excellent service. While you’re welcome to choose your own vendors, we recommend considering our preferred partners for a seamless experience.

 

Cancellations made more than 90 days before the event will receive a full refund of the deposit. Cancellations within 90 days are subject to a cancellation fee. Please refer to our contract for detailed information.
