Winemaking Details
Sourced exclusively from our Crackerbox Vineyard in Livermore Valley, the grapes are harvested at optimal ripeness to ensure maximum flavor concentration. Fermentation occurs in stainless steel tanks to preserve the wine’s vibrant fruit character, followed by aging in a combination of neutral French oak and new American oak barrels to enhance complexity and depth.
