Winemaking Details
Sourced exclusively from our Mt. Meenao Vineyard in Livermore Valley, the grapes are harvested at optimal ripeness to ensure maximum flavor concentration. Fermentation occurs in stainless steel tanks to preserve the wine’s vibrant fruit character, followed by aging in oak barrels to enhance complexity and depth.
