Winemaking Details
The grapes are sourced exclusively from our Casa De Vinas vineyard in Livermore Valley, harvested at optimal ripeness to ensure maximum flavor concentration. Fermentation occurs in stainless steel tanks to preserve the wine’s vibrant fruit character, followed by aging in oak barrels to enhance complexity and depth.
