Winemaking Details
Sourced exclusively from our Shadow Hills Vineyard in Livermore Valley, the grapes were harvested at optimal ripeness to ensure maximum flavor concentration. Fermentation occurred in a combination of French and American oak barrels, enhancing the wine’s complexity and depth.
