Winemaking Details
Sourced exclusively from our Crackerbox Vineyard in Livermore Valley, the Sangiovese grapes are harvested at optimal ripeness to preserve their natural acidity and fruit character. Fermentation occurs in stainless steel tanks to maintain freshness, followed by aging in oak barrels to enhance complexity and depth.
